I want to use a simple word substitution list: #01 becomes text1, #02 becomes
text2 etc. It used to work. Now it alters the format and font in various places
and few of my substitutions work. I have seen this issue described on the web
some where but the fixes are beyond me. Today I deleted all AOO related files,
I think, and reinstalled Open Office - it made no difference. sj
