I opened Open Office 4.0.1 (Newly installed Windows 7 PC)

Inserted table using Table->Insert in main navigation
-Added up to 9 rows using tab key starting at bottom row of original table
created
(2 rows/2 columns) since the user documented open office writer crashed after
adding up to 9 rows.

Created second table using Ctrl + F12 and starting with 8 rows / 8 columns and
added text to each cell in the table and then used the tab key starting at the
bottom row to create 20 rows.

Used the Insert (main nav) row to insert rows on both top and bottom of the
table I created for the 8x8 table created above.

I saved and then retrieved the 8x8 table above as a .odt file - went through
both the tab and Insert row functions above to verify I could still add rows.

I changed my behavior and settings on one condition - I updated my screen
resolution to 800x600, created the table, let the screen sit for 15 minutes
then followed the above processes to add rows with no defect.

All the different types of tests I ran to duplicate the crashing of open office
writer were not successful per the original bug documented.

I did not go through the string of menus, as this has always worked as
documented by the original user.
