I hope that I'm not being redundant here, but I'm having a similar issue, but without the message from Windows. I'm running a PC with Windows 7 Professional. I have OO 4.1.1. I have an Impress file of about 14 slides, all with 4 - 6 photos on each slide. The program crashes under a couple of different circumstances. I can load the file, and then start using the PgDn key to step through the slides. After stepping through a few, the program puts up a message stating that OO has crashed due to an unknown error and that the file will be saved and then recovered the next time OO starts. The second scenario is when I try to export the file as a PDF. It gets maybe 15% of the way through and then crashes with the same message. After a couple of crashes like this, I have to use the Task Manager to end the program, because the error message window that OO is displaying never goes away and cannot be closed. I tried to attach the file to this comment, but received a message that it is too large. If someone can email me, I can send it back to you that way. I hope that this will help you solve the problem because at this point, Impress is unusable by me. By the way, up to this point, I've been very happy with the entire Open Office Suite of applications. Bob -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
