when i click on the desktop icon, instead of giving me all the OO options, it
only opens writer. Then it says- searching to restore lost document, then it
says restore failed, then it opens a blank word document. I am positive I have
installed and uninstalled the full version, but the problem remains the same.
Also I cannot seem to download or receive the templates I used to have
