After the third step
1. Switch to full screen using View>Full Screen
2. Click to crosswise arrow on the right upper corner
3. Exit from Full Screen Mode using "Full Screen" option on the left upper
corner.
Now the frame will break down.
4. Click crosswise arrow on the right upper corner
The most outer frame is broken! Refer to the attachment.
The problem is that; there is two mechanism to swicth to Full Screen mode.
First one is the View>Full Screen operation, and the second one the crosswise
arrow inherited from Mac OS X.
I have experienced it in Writer.
