Daily sheet, as copied from master file to a new file

The attached "Daily" sheet is a template that I use to track my daily workout.
The master copy resides in a file that includes three other sheets. These other
sheets contain named references to the "Daily" sheet. That file is rather
complex and understandably large.

However, when I use the "Move/Copy Sheet" function to copy just the "Daily"
sheet to a new file, the copy of that sheet is apparently carrying forward a
lot of the no longer relevant references from other sheets to that sheet.
Worse, for some reason, when I copy the single sheet to a new file, the new
file is actually somewhat larger than the original file containing multiple
sheets. Also, the new sheet does not appear to contain any of the named
references, so they can be deleted (Insert->Name). I cannot figure out any way
of cleaning up this copied sheet, other than exporting it to csv, importing it,
and losing all my formatting.

Clearly, there is some sort of bug here, where no longer relevant information
is being copied, but rendered inaccessible, so it cannot be deleted.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions / bug fixes.

JK
