--- Comment #3 from hanya <[email protected]> --- In osl_getThreadTextEncoding function for Windows environment, if SOLAR_USER_RTL_TEXTENCODING environmental variable is set, its value is used to specify the encoding for default encoding of some file IO if not set yet. The encoding should be specified by one of defined in [1].
