To reproduce just do this: a) take care of your data and have a backup b) start your machine and login to window c) open OO and create an empty document d) power off the machine by pressing the button for 8 seconds e) power on and start windows the normal way if asked f) open OO and agree to the restore of the open document created in c) g) open the URL mentioned and copy from "HOW" ... to ...
