For my German AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1630928 Rev.1630928 on WIN7 64Bit
the position value is limited to 5000. Steps how to reproduce:
0. In menu 'Tools -> Options -> Draw -> General - Measure unit' change to mm
if necessary -> Exit -> Restart AOO
1. Open attached sample document
2. If Menu 'Tools -> Options -> Draw -> General - scale is not 1:41 change to
1:41 --> Close Document --> Reopen Document
3. Rightclick blue rectangle -> position and size -> Rotation
> Rotation Point position will show x/y 5000mm/5000mm (strange coincidence?)
4. Try all options for rotation point position (top left / bottom right
and so on) one by one,
BUG: position value display will stay 5000
The same will happen with Draw unit "cm" and scale 1:410, Problem is not
limited to unit "mm"
This bug causes real problems, as you can see when you try to rotate the
"Sample text to be rotated 90° - works bad here" text 90° counter clockwise:
Position will be shifted out of sheet.
LibO 4.4 is not (or no longer) affected.
I am pretty sure that I encountered some "magic 5000" Bug, but I do not
remember where.
Very old issue, already reproducible with OOo 3.1, but was ok with 2.2
