Steps how to reproduce with German AOO420m1(Build:9800) - Rev. 1630928 on
WIN7 64Bit:
1. From Start Center open empty new DRAW document
2. Draw an arbitrary shape like a smiley
3. Menu 'Format -> Position and size -> Rotation (Tab) - Angle': click
into Angle value spin box
4. <PgUp> key (Page Up)
> Value changes to 5000, what is not useful
Has nothing to do with <PgUp>, also with up-button or input into input field
you can reach 5000 as maximum. Useful range would be 0.00 ° to 359.99 °
Calc Cell text rotation is not affected
Not a problem in LibO, where the rotation input has a different design (Wheel)
Very old issue, already in OOo 1.1.5
