Apache_OpenO....exe is malicious, and Chrome has blocked it.

Download warnings for malware or unwanted software

make unexpected changes to your computer.
Note: You might also see a "Virus detected" error. This error is triggered by
your anti-virus software and is different from Chrome’s malicious download
