When a new release such as 4.1.1 is installed on Windows 7, it does not remove
quickstart shortcuts for older versions from the folder
C:\Users\userid\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
That folder on my PC has three shortcuts called OpenOffice 4.0.1, OpenOffice
4.1.0 and OpenOffice 4.1.1, all pointing to "C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice
4\program\quickstart.exe".
At logon, three quickstart processes run, which slows down logon. Eventually
only one process remains.
Also, if I uncheck Load OpenOffice During System Startup, the 4.1.1 shortcut is
removed but the others remain, so quickstart runs anyway.
