When exporting from Impress to PowerPoint the exported presentations do not
include a thumbnail preview image needed by Windows Explorer. Instead the
preview in Windows Explorer looks like attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open sample presentation, e.g. attached file "Sample.odp"
(2) Save presentation as PowerPoint, the result should be like attached file
"Sample.ppt"
(3) Select PowerPoint presentation with Windows Explorer
The desired behaviour is to show a thumbnail preview of the first slide within
the statusbar of Windows Explorer.
