Error popup for ICUUC42
Newly installed Apache OpenOffice 4.1.1.
Trying to open Base, Draw, Impress, Math, Open document, Spreadsheet, or Text
Document gives a popup error seen in the attached screen capture.
Prior OO3 was uninstalled via Warpin & directories deleted.
