test import file
csv file text import dialog saves user settings (->

import dialog does not.
steps to reproduce:
- copy & paste twice into a spreadsheet:
AAA,BBB,CCC,DDD
1,2,3,11.01.2015
11,22,33,12.01.2015,
111,222,333,13.01.2015
