Can not open ODS or may be all types of documents from a public or may be
shared folder.
I put a document folder in a public folder so I could share the file "of course
on at a time", but when I open the file remotely, OpenOffice opened it right
up.
Everytime I try opening the file locally in the public folder I get the popup
window and then it goes away and the program never opens up. This is tryin to
click on a document and have it open up the program from the outside.
Having the main menu up but still trying to open the document from outside the
program, I get nothing.
I can open it within the program and clicking open in the main menu the
document opens just fine.
I can open it remotely outside of OpenOffice but never locally in a public
folder.
I have 2 computers, one with Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 both having this
problem.
