--- Comment #13 from Simina Rendler <[email protected]> --- I tried to reproduce this bug on various configurations. I will describe below what I did hoping that my findings will be useful when testing the patch. Configurations: Open Office Writer 4.1.1; Mac OS X 10.10 and 10.9; Windows 8; Linux Mint 17. I could reproduce the bug on OS X 10.9 and on Yosemite, where Lucida Grande system font has been replaced by Helvetica Neue. Since the latter takes somewhat less horizontal space than Lucida, I tried to change it, but the only font I found was Fira Sans, which does not differ much – it displays digit "1" with a serif on the baseline, but that does not take extra space. I tested also on Linux and Windows and found a problem based on the inputs being too small. It could be as well verified when testing the patch. For it, an extra step is required: (0) in Writer’s Options (on Linux and Windows it is in Tools menu), Open Office Writer section > General, change the measurement unit to millimeters. Abbreviated, this will be displayed in the input boxes mm and will take more space than cm or “. Perform steps (1) and (2) as described above by Thorsten. Then (3) navigate through the dialog's tabs and (4) come back to Type. Width value will be selected and giving that it is aligned to the right and the measurement unit takes some extra space, the first digit of the value is not visible. This could be confusing when skimming through the pictures properties. I’ve attached screenshots from all 3 operating systems on which I reproduced it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue. You are watching all issue changes.
