I deactivated all toolbars till my own create "start" toolbar.
When i change from Standard text in a table, the toolbars Format and Standard
reappear. (I learned that this is normal from another ticket.) But after that,
when i change from the table back to my Standard text, the 2 toolbars still
exist and i have to close them on my own (again).
