The following procedure causes every OO Tool to Crash if executed on a
Touchscreen PC:
Open Basic macro IDE
Enter a line
Delete the line -> Crash!
If you stop the Windows Touchscreen Service to disable the Touchscreen
functionality, the there is no crash. So the crash is related to the
touchscreen functionality even if there is no difference between using the
keyboard or the Touchscreen for entering Basic IDE Input.
