Saving document format in .doc version does appear to corrupt the file
including deleting any readable information and not being able to read the
files on OneDrive that apparently reads native .doc formats as well.
In order to reproduce an issue, create a document and then try to use File >
Save As and change the document type to Word doc (.doc). Testing might cover
all formats used, perhaps they are misleading the users.
