Reposition to prior "User Field", not top of the "Selection" list
Reposition to prior field after a User Field delete.
This use case is about where the Selection list is positioned after a User
Field is deleted. Currently the Selection list is repositioned to the top.
This feature request is that the Selection change to the prior User Field in
the list, not re-position to the top of the Selection list. See attached
screen capture sequence for details.
