error message being shown upon trying to start openoffice
Hello,
I'm currently having the problem that I cannot start open office.
It used to work fine, but recently I'm getting an error message once I try
to start open office:
Shortly after trying to start a "fatal error" is being shown:
"Failed to updatefile
...AppData/Roaming/OpenOffice/4/user/extensions/bundled/lastsynchronized"
I have deinstalled and reinstalled openoffice without any change.
In order to check I had a complete system check with tools like Norton 360,
TuneUp Utilities and also performed basic system checks. But all without any
change.
Additionally I'm also getting a Runtime Error from the "Microsoft Visual C++
Library"..."Runtime error....."C:\Program Files (x86)\...
"This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."
Other programs are working o.k. so far.
Can you please help. Is this an open office problem?
