You have to move your mouse to get it to work. As can been seen on the attached screen capture for this feature request, a user can have more then one User Field have its name get cut off from view. Forcing the user to move the cursor over every field is not user friendly. And in most cases for me the whole User Field Name list can be filled with the same sequence of letters because the last (out of view) part the the User Field Name is what makes the name unique. In my humble opinion minimizing cursor moving would be best.
