When selecting Post Card (100mm x 148mm ) as a page format, it can't be printed
correctly on EPSON Printer.
In the print dialogue, I try to choose Post Card as a paper size, but it was
reset to A4 size which is default immediately.
This symptom has appeared since preview window wad programed. I'm not sure the
exact version.
It does not occurred when setting post card as a default paper size for the
printer and selecting direct print.
The printer is EPSON PX-B310 and OS is Windows7.
When I choose another printer such as Ricoh nx760 or Canon mx-923, there is no
problem. On the other hand, another application such as Notepad or Microsoft
Office can choose Post Card and print it correctly on even on EPSON printer.
