Current copy of Ver 4.1.1 won't execute; went to website to download and
reinstall; won't reinstall; went to control panel to delete current version;
won't delete. Get message to close Open Office; Open Office not open to the
best of my understanding. Can't figure out what is wrong. HELP! use this
program for my business and until it is repaired can't access my spreadsheets.
PLEASE HELP ME... I have used Open Office for years and have never encountered
this type of problem.
