I am using 4.0.1 and trying to update to 4.1.1. Program downloads, but will not
install.
Prompts tell me to close open office before going any further, than tells me
program did not update, exit and try again. I have tried this three times with
same results. Do I need to remove 4.0.1 before updating? windows 7 platform
