We don't have a "Works for Me" tabulation, which might have been better than resolving it on one success. In any case, I think the web page about this issue needs to be updated. We can't do anything about error messages from the OS, but we do need a place that MAC OSX users can find and employ easily without dealing with Bugzilla. Perhaps a new issue is best for that.
