When opening an OpenOffice application for the first time (e.g. Calc/Writer),
the OpenOffice splash screen shouldn't take the window manager focus once, and
the newly opened document take the window manager focus again. A new
application should either take the window focus once or never. I would
recommend never in the case of OpenOffice (because it is very slow to open and
the user has likely decided to do something else while it opens).
