This is the file after opening with OO 4.1.1 which cannot be previewed in
Windows 8.1 File Explorer peview pane.
Open an odt file from an earlier (likely 3.4.1) version of OO. The original
file can be previewed in the 8.1 file explorer preview pane but the file saved
from OO 4.1.1 (with no editing) cannot be previewed in file explorer preview
pane - yields message "The file cannot be previewed".
