--- Comment #6 from Ian Pestelos <[email protected]> --- I'm not clear what the issue is, so I'm providing several perspectives here: 1. I can confirm that the connector added to the object is not following the object's "fly out" or "fly in" animation to/from the left (or in fact, to/from any direction) - BUT only if the animation is applied to the object and not including the connector. 2. IF the connector is added with the object in the animation, it transitions with the object. 3. IF what you are referring to is that the connector should follow the object once the animation runs (ie. the connector extends to follow the object flying in or out) when animation is applied ONLY to the object, then I can confirm that it is not how it behaves. All three points are consistent with how MS Powerpoint also does this. I have attached the file I used as reference (both .odp and .ppt) in Comment 4 and 5. OPENOFFICE version I tested against: OpenOffice 4.1.1 OO411m6(Build:9775) - Rev. 1617669 2014-08-13 09:05:42 (Wed, 13 Aug 2014) MS POWERPOINT version I compared against: MS Powerpoint for Mac 2011 Version 14.3.8 (130913) Latest Installed Update: 14.3.8 MACHINE tested against: Yosemite v.10.10.1 MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the issue.
