New Project dialogs allow continuing through without having office and sdk
directories set.
To recreate install and do not setup AOO options or if already set, unset AOO
path in Tools > Options > Miscellaneous
File > New Project > AOO Add-on and select Next
The New Project dialog stays visable and a AOO Plugin Settings dialog will
appear in front of the New Project dialog and without the input of valid
directories the Okay button is still selectable and when selected the wizard
proceeds to the next dialog.
Step through remaining dialogs and select Finish in the last dialog and NPE is
thrown and dialog does not close.
The project is created but is incomplete and not opened in IDE.
Current plugin version is 4.1.1 for NB 8.0.
