File > New > Text Document ...
Insert > Image From File ... choose 1-bpp PNG image
Click on image, Picture toolbar appears. Click on "Color" button, new floating
dialog window appears with adjustments for Red, Green, Blue, Brightness,
Contrast & Gamma.
Set red to 80%
Expected: Black pixels in image should appear tinted red
Actual: Image pixels remain black.
AOO 4.0.1 shows correct behavior. The color filter/adjustment fails in AOO
4.1.1
