Open .doc and .docx documents in Outlook. 2. System does not hang causing a forced restart. 3. Open .doc and docx documents in Gmail. 4. System does not hang causing a forced restart. Also completed the following steps without system lag forcing restart. 1. Save attachements to local drive. 2.
