VersionPanel loadData fix
"Project properties" can not load or save(only if descrption missing) "Update
URLs" property:
- "load" bug: missing variable assignment in VersionPanel, so "Update URLs"
pane remains empty;
- "save" bug: DescriptionXmlHandler deletes "Update URLs" element instead of
description element (when extension description is empty).
plugin version 4.1.1 on netbeans 8.0.2
