Overview: When Caps Lock mode is engaged, OpenOffice should allow users to
change capitalization just by selecting sections of text.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start an Open Office application.
2) Enter some text.
3) Hit Caps Lock.
4) Select some of the text with the cursor.
Actual Results: The selected text remains unmodified.
Expected Results: Lowercase letters within the selected text become
capitalized. Optionally, uppercase text can become lowercase.
