Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on the right margin in the ruler bar
2.Drag the margin all the way to the right.
Issue:
Page area alert that reads "The margin settings are out of print range. Do you
still want to apply these settings?" does not fire.
*Note: If you change the margin through Format -> Page -> Page to a number
lower than .13 this alert does fire.
