I have set in the detailed slide master (see attached document) that the bullet
for the outline 2 level be a circle (u+25cf) but it is being displayed (in the
master style view and the slide view) as a hyphen.
Please note that in general there appear to be a lot of bugs with the master
slide capability - it is very frustrating to work with during the majority of
the time it does not work correctly.
I am running on Lubuntu 14.10 with 8gb ram on a samsung series 9 laptop
