Opening CSV file with "TAB" as field delimiters and _"_ or _'_ as text
delimiters lead to text delimiters are imported ( except first column ) too.
Maybe I don't understand using of text delimiters, but Libre office (4.4.2)
works properly. ( at least of this one )
