You can get it from https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.8.1.html, for example. You need not install it. Take the zip or 7z variant, unpack it and run it from that folder. When you later on zip your repaired document, make sure, that you are inside the folder and pack all of its content. Do not zip the folder itself.
