I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. After about two weeks, a menu now
appears entitled "ASCII Filter Options" that shuts down Open Office whenever I
try to open an existing file for additional work. the ASCII Filter Options did
not appear previously when I opened existing files in Open Office.
