I was able to replicate this and have provided screenshots of the issue
     1. Open calc
2. Go to the Tools menu then Select Options
3. In the Options side bar under OpenOffice select Colors
4. Select a color from the Color Table
5. Click Delete then click yes
6. The color table box will shift to the left
7. If you continue selecting colors and deleting them it will continue to
shift until it’s outside of view

Many things happen when you delete a color:
1. The Color Table shifts a few pixels to the left and sometimes resizes
(see attached Before and after 1)
2. Whatever color you select the next color in the list will be moved to the
end of the list
3. The color name and the two preview boxes will be switched (whatever is
moved to the end of the list will have the wrong Color name but the correct
preview and whatever is next to be deleted will have the color name of the last
color deleted) You can see this happen between the attached before error and
after 1. Before-error is the normal state but you can see in after I delete the
yellow box in the top left and you see the orange move to the end of the list.
The box starts getting shifted beyond view after deleting 20 colors in a row
(see After 20). The more colors you delete after that the more it shifts over.
If you get over 30 colors the boxes become blurry and then when you select a
color (particularly the colors at the end of the list) the drop down menu and
the color preview boxes will not reflect the correct colors (see After 30). If
you delete over 40 boxes some of the colors become unreachable and there is no
way to select them and the boxes look stacked on top of one another (see After
40). This happens whether you start from the beginning, middle, or end of the
color list. Eventually the box goes completely off the screen and you can see
it at all but you can see the colors in the drop down.
If you close the window and go into Tools->Options ->Colors again it resets the
box and the colors are all aligned again, with your deleted ones still deleted.
When I tried to switch between settings within the office Options window, it
crashed the program. Also If I try to add or modify colors. I could only
recreate the crash twice but it happened under different circumstances each
time. After the crash all the original colors show up again with none deleted.
