Is there a number that I can call and speak with you directly?
In the past, I was able to "open" a file and the program would "restore" with a
confirmation that "documents were successfully restored."

Today, I went into "open" and it opened the file name but not the entire file
with 50+ missing pages.

Therefore, how do I "restore" since that icon is dimmed in the "edit" tab?

I did not have a power outage and I was saved my work/writing manually every
minute or so to prevent from losing my work.

Please advice with simple verbiage or a contact number? Thanks again.
