OO v 4.1.1 installs, removes, reinstalls easily.

aborts with msgs that I lack access.
Today's example "Error 1304. Error writing to file cli_oootypes.cll. Verify
that you have access to that directory."
Memory says different msgs on prior two tries. This is as regular user or
Admin.
OS is Windows 10 Pro 64bit, two months old on new PC.
I am hoping 4.1.2 will fix issues I have long had with OO -- mostly replicating
MS Office poor choices. (WPSOffice is better on some points, but has gone from
free to nearly $90 per PC.)
