The task is to confirm the "Check for Updates" operation is working. Comments
and attachments provide the necessary information.
There are three tests:
1. Whether an update check and indication there is a new version happens
automatically. (You may need to set Tools | Options | Online Update to Daily
and try the next day.
2. Whether the Help | Check for Updates dialog comes up and reports that 4.1.2
is in use and 4.1.3 is available.
3. Confirm that the Download button goes to the OpenOffice.org download page
and the correct platform and language are selected (although 4.1.1 remains the
latest available).
