I'm upgrading from OpenOffice 4.1.1 to 4.1.2. The OpenOffice Installation
Wizard produces a pop-up window with "Error 1316. The specified account already
exists."
The only information I gave the wizard was my name and organization. When I
click "OK" in the pop-up box, the installation is backed out.
I removed OpenOffice 4.1.1 and tried again with the same result.
What account already exists and how do I either remove it or specify a new
account?
