So 2 minutes after I adjusted the issue and requested that the reporter
clarify, the issue is closed?  And this is only about 1 hour after the issue
first reported.

What are we doing here?  

I request that we give the reporter an opportunity to be heard and that we
understand more specifically what the reporter has in mind.  It might be a
won't fix, but saying not an issue for an enhancement request is very strange.
