Unable to install 4.1.2 (latest)
During the "Writing System Registry Values" step, encounter many errors, the
first being:
Error 1406: Could not write key value to key
\Software\Classes\.bau
Thereafter many similar errors, all Error 1406, all of them attempting to write
to different locations.
Cannot proceed beyond this fail.
