What was it? And do you install any special writing aids (spell-checkers for different languages, etc.)? Also, do you have any accessibility options enabled? And finally, after you make a screen shot, try renaming your user profile after AOO is completely shut down (with no quickstart running). This will cause your user profile to be regenerated and that may be all that is needed.
