I have cleared the obsolete Assigned To entry. I've also raised the Severity,
since this is clearly an usability issue.
Although not essential, please update the "Latest Confirmation in" version
identifier.
Now, none of this housekeeping means that there is a capable and interested
developer for taking on provision of this feature, as worthy as it is. We will
have to see.
