Add java source code from bootstrapconnector.jar found on aoo forum:
https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2520
to AOO SVN under devtools.
Permission was granted by the original author forum user hol.sten for use by
AOO and to apply AL 2.0 license.
This code allows bootstrapping the office if the Java UNO jars are downloaded
from Maven or otherwise in a different location than the office executable.
